Group trip. Twin villas

Group trip with firepool & waterfall. I really preferred this villa. IT’S GORGEOUS (and I’m picky). The loving Tim is smaller than the one next door but lovely. The pool is large and clean. The rooms are large and spacious. It was easy to get taxis but we’d recommend bikes as it’s faster into town. The host Komang was lovely. I really really recommend this villa.

The kitchen counter seems to be made from cheap cement and needs a do over as it was chipping. The fireplace has to be turned on by staff and only burns 15 mins so we didn’t use it. Will be covering more about both villas on my YouTube (@Beyondannualleave)

It’s a perfect way to enjoy Ubud. Villa is very spacious, facilities are complete and clean, butlers are very responsive

Villa is spacey and clean. Area is located at a family complex. It is at the end of the road and you are allowed to turn on music until 10.

Perfect for a large family, very spacious and private

Breakfast was superb as we had a special floating breakfast for a celebration. The staff prepared our breakfast and it was beautiful

The only thing wrong was the location from Ubud town as the traffic is very busy and sometimes very difficult to get a car

It was extremely comfortable for our family. The staff was extremely helpful and kind

The sliding doors were extremely difficult to operate… some living room doors didn’t lock or were difficult to open and close. There was an odd smell in the first two bedrooms during our entire stay. The internet did not reach room 5. The doors could only be opened and shut by keys, including interior doors and the bedrooms all had individual doors that needed to be locked. I was traveling with children and needed access to the rooms so I needed to ask for an extra key. It is not ideal for families with small children

Very good

We like the villa; it looks exactly as in the picture. Definitely a great place to stay, the host was very friendly and accommodating. There is a butler service, and you can order food for breakfast, lunch or dinner if you need.

Cleanliness is very poor, I have to inform them what needs to be cleaned on the day of my arrival, but Juni (host) was very helpful and understanding. All the single beds don't have comforters, they only provide thin blankets which ruin your vacation feelings. And the reason is because he owns a few villas and it's the rainy season. I don't accept the reason, but it is what it is. The location was quite deep inside, but that's okay, you can call grab anytime.
