2-Min Walk to Beach Modern Firepit Yard Kids welcome

Easy as ABC to check-in using the PIN. The house has everything we needed, and the house was in great condition and great location, just 10mins walk to Umina Beach shopping centre with Aldi and Woolie. Great communication with the hosts with daily email to follow-up. There is enough room to park 2 medium-size cars on the driveway and still managed to close the gate. Suggest allowing for slightly earlier check-in, say 3pm, to enable a swim at the beach before sunset

Minor - Bed is a bit soft and lower. No tea pot and oven door not able to close fully

The house was extremely clean upon arrival. It also felt spacious despite having 6 adults and 5 kids. I liked that it has a external shower on the side to for post-beach rinse offs, the toilet/shower/laundry seperate to the house was also useful for not getting sand into the house. Plenty of space in the backyard and front yard for kids (3yo - 12 yo) to run around. Location was great - less than 5 min walk to the beach, 3 min drive to cafes and shops, the street it was on was also quiet. The owners/property managers were extremely communicative and responsive, checking in every day to see if we need anything.

Rooms can get stuffy at night due to no a/c, but easily solved by opening the doors and letting the kitchen a/c flow through the house.

The house was sparkling clean, well equipped, great location (very close to beach and only short walk to shops and cafes). It was perfect for our girls get together.
