Die Lage der Villa ist einfach perfekt kurz vor Noci! Das Haus ungewöhnlich grosszügig und ein toller Pool rundet mit einem perfekten Garten die ganze Anlage ab! Die Sicherheit von Gästen und Fahrzeugen wurde Rechnung getragen da es genügend Parkmöglichkeiten um das ganze Haus hat! Zusätzlich sind automatische Beleuchtungen montiert die perfekt funktionieren! Das elektrische Zugangstor ist ein wenig langsam aber zuverlässig und stabil. Ein aussergewöhnlich gepflegter Garten hat uns erwartet und der Pool zwar kalt 17° aber das Wasser sehr gut unterhalten! Unser Gastgeber Antonio, hat uns ausreichend mit sehr guten Informationen ausgestattet und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar, was nie notwendig war! Vor allem sein Restaurant Tipp das "Boschetto" sei ausgezeichnet kann nur bestätigt werden! Regelmässig ist er vorbeigekommen um Pool und Abfallmanagement (Italien für mich ein Rätsel) zu unterhalten! Auch die Endabgabe ist einfach und unkompliziert vonstatten gegangen!
Wir haben einzig die Unterlagen für die Poolbetten vermisst! Die wurden wahrscheinlich bereits für den Winter eingemottet. Da aber Fitnessmatten vorhanden waren, wurde das Problem pragmatisch gelöst!

la villa è molto spaziosa con una bella piscina e giardino ben curato. il proprietario Antonio è mosto disponibile e ci ha consigliato molti posti da visitare e vedere nei distorni. La località Noci è molto carina, se ci sarà possibilità torneremo sicuramente.
