Villa Luciana

La villa è splendida. Completamente immersa nel verde, tutto curato nel minimo dettaglio. Molto spaziosa all interno e camere da letto comode con un soggiorno ampio e dotato di caminetto. Inoltre il proprietario molto disponibile. Pulizia perfetta. Grazie ancora e alla prossima

No tienen el mínimo detalle de proveer de papel higiénico , servilletas de papel, bolsas de basura y toallas de buena calidad acordes con el precio y la calidad del establecimiento

Très belle villa bien équipée avec 5 chambres dont 3 dans le bâtiment principal avec climatisation et 3 salles de bain et wc plus 2 chambres dans une dépendance avec 1 salle de bain et wc grande terrasse couverte pour déjeuner à l'extérieur

We were a group of 10 friends travelling (3 families) and we chose Villa Luciana because it looked beautiful on the pictures, including a big garden with lovely trees and was a short distance from Martina Franca. Unfortunately, our good impressions end here.

Heating problem, no wi-fi, no basic bathroom facilities, humidity in the smaller building next to the main villa In fact, the villa consists of 3 separate premises (buildings) – the main building of the villa, another smaller building about 20m away and a third one. Due to the number and configuration of people, we had to occupy the main building and one of the 2 smaller buildings. While the host’s representative was showing us around, she never mentioned that the smaller building lacks essentials like: wi-fi and proper heating. This we discovered additionally by ourselves, in a very unpleasant way. Since the host asked us to contact them 1,5 hours before arrival, which we did, they had plenty of time to check and make sure everything at the property works and there are no issues. Unfortunately, this had not been the case. As the weather was unstable, with rain from time to time and changing temperatures, it was fairly cold inside and we wanted to turn on the heating. This didn’t work in the smaller building where 2 families from our group were staying. After several attempts, we texted the host. She sent us a video instruction – we followed it and it didn’t work. So on the first night, we had to sleep in the cold. The temperature outside, in the open air, and inside, in the rooms and bathrooms, was the same – cold. Adding the fact that there is no wi-fi, no coffee machine (just moka pots), no coffee cups, no basic cosmetics in the bathroom (just some remnants of liquid soap for hands, which ended at the 3rd pumping of the bottle) in the small building, we basically had to “suffer” the first night and were forced first thing in the morning to go to the main villa to warm a little and feel normal again. In the morning, we texted the host and asked her to come over and fix the heating issue. She said an operator (probably an electrician) needs to be involved and she suggested time slots during the day when we should wait for him to come and fix the issue.
