La cama y el sofá son mejorables, pero aún así estuvimos muy cómodas.

The apartment is veryvery well equipped, you have everything you need (well except an air conditioner, but there are fans). Good communication and easily understandable navigation. Generally I found it clean. Really quiet, very much appreciated.

I found some dust near the bed, but anyway it was clean. Shower cabin door needs to be fixed, and also the light bulbs need to be changed in the bathroom. Not the owner's fault and obviously can't be fixed, but you can't open the window because there's a horrible smell coming in.

Location was good in the Old Town. And near transportation to explore the city.

Hosts were extremely rude. They kept emailing us in Spanish and we do not speak the language. They waited until the last minute to send the safe code and we had difficulty reaching the safe because it is located high on a wall outside a realtor's office. The host had to come to retrieve the keys for us and it was not pleasant. She opened the box and, basically, threw the keys at us without saying a word and stalked off! We were left to our own devices to learn how to enter three different doors with the three sets of keys. We are not used to this kind of treatment. How very rude...
