Cozy and modern flat in the heart of Hawick

So near to the town centre, across the road, up the cut and you're there. The flat is nipping clean and has everything you would need, it's also very well stocked.

I wake up early so maybe black out blinds but I would stay again

This 1-bed house is exceptionally well-planned and feels much more spacious than expected. The interior decor is beautiful, featuring a lovely kitchen island and a super snuggly, comfy mattress. The host has thought of everything—from scented diffusers in every room to thoughtful extras like milk pods, biscuits, tea, coffee, hand lotions, and ample of towels (and much more.......). The flat was spotless, well-maintained, and the check-in info was crystal clear. After 3 days, I just didn't wanna leave. It truly felt like home.

WiFi: The connection was quite slow (2–3 Mbps), which was a setback for basic browsing and would be difficult for anyone planning to work from home or has plans to watch a live match on their tablet/phone/laptop. Bedroom Window Daylight: The room gets very bright in the morning. Adding curtains in addition to the existing white blinds would definitely help guests who want to sleep late or nap. Sadly, I couldn't enjoy that amazing mattress long enough as we had sunshine throughout our stay. Maintenance Tip: The bathroom exhaust fan has some dust build-up. Since the rest of the property was spotlessly clean, a quick deep clean there would keep everything perfect.

The place looked very modern on the inside.

The bed was uncomfortable, the stairwell leading to the property was dirty with paint coming away from the walls, the entry door has been broken and does not lock, the property could do with a deep clean as the fake plants were covered in dust and the shower door wasn’t clean at the bottom.
