The area was a little run down but this did not detract from the great accommodation.

The flat is beautifully cared for and exceptionally clean. The host is so welcoming and great at communicating. The crockery and utensils are the cleanest I've ever seen in a rental property. We were pleasantly surprised with the space over two floors, it's lovely, and very peaceful (even with an external music event on on the night we stayed).
The street is a bit run down.

Comfortable, spacious flat. Recently refurbished so everything was immaculate and in excellent condition. Matt was our contact and was really friendly, helpful with a great eye for decor.
The entrance and stairs to the flat did not reflect the exceptional interior, but don't let that put you off.
