Lovely flat, very well presented and comfortable, host is doing a great job.
If I was being picky I would say lack of upstairs toilet, but that would'nt stop me from booking this apartment again.

Lovely homely apartment! Very clean and loved the smell of the wood burning stove. Good quality towels and bed linen. Loved the quirky cat print in bedroom, made us smile. Huge kitchen, induction hob and all mod cons! Apartment has a great vibe and was easily located with Matt's instructions. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Was looking forward to 'welcome pack' as others had bummed it up!..... unfortunately, we didn't get one. A wee pint of milk and coffee pods for the machine would have been nice.

Location was very central to main part of town - easy walking access to key facilities.
Our host had decorated the apartment for Christmas. This was unexpected, but so lovely and appreciated.
Loved the great size kitchen and dining room, which was completely separate to the lounge room.
Great water pressure in shower.
Grateful for the washer and dryer facilities.
A little hard to find the 4C apartment from the street. Ok to find number 4 but potentially a small sign might help.
