A wee haven in Hawick!

Lovely homely apartment! Very clean and loved the smell of the wood burning stove. Good quality towels and bed linen. Loved the quirky cat print in bedroom, made us smile. Huge kitchen, induction hob and all mod cons! Apartment has a great vibe and was easily located with Matt's instructions. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Was looking forward to 'welcome pack' as others had bummed it up!..... unfortunately, we didn't get one. A wee pint of milk and coffee pods for the machine would have been nice.

Perfect accommodation in central Hawick location, with separate lounge to kitchen and dining room.

Location was very central to main part of town - easy walking access to key facilities. Our host had decorated the apartment for Christmas. This was unexpected, but so lovely and appreciated. Loved the great size kitchen and dining room, which was completely separate to the lounge room. Great water pressure in shower. Grateful for the washer and dryer facilities.

A little hard to find the 4C apartment from the street. Ok to find number 4 but potentially a small sign might help.

A very comfortable apartment that is centrally located.

The apartment had everything we needed and more! The kitchen was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable. We were only there one night and wished our plans had made it possible to stay longer. Hawick is a lovely little town. The apartment is only a short walk to the shops and restaurants. We would stay here again and we would recommend it to others. A real home away from home. It was lovely to have a log burner as it was a cold night. It really puts out the heat.

It took us a while to find the apartment. Look for an alleyway that is painted red. It's easy once you know! We couldn't work out how to put the radiators on, but once the fire was going, the apartment warmed up. We could have phoned up to ask, but we decided it wasn't that important.

Great flat in the heart of Hawick

Our first impression when we saw the house was mixed. It looks old, power lines seem close enough to touch, and loud music was coming from a neighbouring house. BUT: When we entered the holiday flat, a completely different world opened up to us. It was cosy and the first accommodation that had EVERYTHING we needed in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable, the living room was cosy and the kitchen was large. We had a wonderful time and can highly recommend this accommodation.

There was nothing to complain about that needs to be mentioned here.

It's a little tricky to find the right front door, but the host's instructions are clear and helpful. There are quite a lot of steps to climb if you have a lot of luggage or don't have great mobility. Downstairs bathroom isn't ideal for nights.

Very nice place to stay right near the center of town.

It's a lovely apartment close to the center of town and very well equipped. The kitchen especially had plenty of dishes and cutlery and even two washing machines. Living room was comfortable and there were plenty of logs for the burner. There are two free car parks close by.

The access is through a small alleyway of the street. We are from Memphis where walking down a small alleyway is not generally a good idea, but then Hawick isn't Memphis and we realized that this isn't actually an issue. 😁

Lovely stay in a lovely apartment!

We had an excellent 2-night stay at this flat in Hawick over Christmas! The place was clean and cosy and had a lovely festive vibe with tasteful decorations. The flat had everything we needed, and the comfy beds made for a good night's sleep. The view was a real treat, especially during our morning coffee. The location was convenient, close to shops and attractions. The property manager was super thoughtful, leaving a sweet Christmas welcome package. Overall, it was a great experience, and we highly recommend this place for a cosy holiday retreat. We're already thinking about coming back!

A hidden gem in the centre of Hawick

From outside the flat doesn't look much, but we were pleasantly surprised when we stepped through the front door! There was a tumble drier, clothes airers and log burner to dry our wet cycling clothes and despite being advised otherwise, plenty room in the kitchen to store our bikes.

The induction hob - managed to burn the porridge in the morning! More used to cooking with gas! I'll know to stir and keep an eye on it next time!

This place is overwhelming cosy: it was great to be able to cook ourselves and have a family evening while travelling throughout Scotland.
