The location was perfect for our visit to Holmfirth. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
Our only negative point (which I'm quite reluctant to mention) was the strong damp smell in the adjoining bathroom. The towels also had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom however was well fitted out with a large walk in shower and the large bath was an added bonus.

Beautiful large room with large en-suite bathroom in a lovely house. Stacey was a very friendly host who greeted us on arrival and made us feel welcome. The room felt very private, up its own flight of stairs with a lovely view of the gardens. A short walk down a hill into Holmfirth which is a lovely village with a good choice of places to eat and drink. Would definitely stay in this accommodation again and would recommend.

We were really impressed, beautiful surroundings and gardens, and the bed was really comfortable, the host Stacey went out of her way to welcome us and give us lots of information about the area.
