Family Center Apartments

Het is een opgeruimd en praktisch appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Je loopt binnen 10 minuten zo midden Krakau centrum in. De Joodse buurt en het grote plein zijn ook prima te bewandelen.

Mocht je echt ook in het appartement veel verblijven weet dan dat het appartement in de kelder zit en je enkel ramen in de slaapkamers hebt.

Great location around 20minute walk to the main square, and very close to the castle. Facilities are great, and rooms were comfy! Communication from host was excellent.

Only problem is front door is slightly temperamental after putting the front door code in, it doesn't open the door all of the time.

Jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu. Mieszkanie jest przestronne, bardzo czyste i dobrze wyposażone — niczego nam nie brakowało. Wszystko było zadbane i zgodne z opisem. Dodatkowo świetny kontakt z personelem — bardzo pomocni, uprzejmi i szybko reagują na wszelkie pytania. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce i chętnie wrócę!

The apartment needs to be updated, there are furniture that seems almost brocken (coffee table, one of the doors), some lights are not working. The only good thing about this apartment - beds are comfortable, sofa also ok. But to live underground for this price, without privacy, TV and with wird smell, it's really not an apartment I can recommend.

The Appartement located at -1 floor, I had no idea it's allowed to live like that. But let's talk about service first. The host ignored my messages and provided no help even with simple issue - TV doesn't work, since batteries in remote are too old. The comfort also questionable, since there are no privacy in apartment for 4 people without door that can be closed. The doors are there, but one of them can't be closed and needs to be fixed by handyman. (I made a photo of the problematic door) Live for 7 days under the ground is crazy as an idea, so I would say it's a cheating not to mention it in the description. So from now on I won't book an apartment without seeing all the windows on photos. Some decor was damaged (vase). If I see fake plants on a picture I also won't choose this apartment, since it's a clear sign they are trying to decorate problems, not solve them. There are smell from ventilation (most likely food) and no ventilation at the kitchen (under cooking zone), so it's not ok. Last but not least, we were 5 minute late for a check out, so I had a chat with the host about it. And the beautiful detail - I lost her in a middle of the call, since underground the signal is weak.
