Location is perfect , walking distance to Wawel, river , old town local shops and restaurants. Very quiet and air-conditioning so useful. Good shower. Secure place.
Hot in lift also staircase very hot lack of air.

The apartment is very nice, located in a new building and close to city center and many attractions. You have many shops and restaurants nearby. It is also very quiet during the evening. I highly recommend it, we stayed 3 nights and everything was perfect.
I recommend to leave some coffee capsules, as you cannot find to buy it from the shops around.

The location is great and everything is within walking distance or there's multiple tram stops really close by. The building is new and the room has all necessary amenities for a couple of days.
The room was dirty on arrival, especially the bathroom, which we had to clean ourselves. We asked for extra paper and towels and they were delivered nearly 2 days later, at which point we no longer needed them, since we had to check out. Also the pillows were horrible, to the point where we had to buy our own. In general communication with the host was very difficult, as they would take as long as 24 hours to answer a message.
