Pobyt był komfortowy i bardzo przyjemny. Budynek jest bardzo ładny, a apartament z widokiem na dziedziniec i jest czysty, nowoczesny i bardzo dobrze wyposażony, w kuchni i łazience było wszystko co potrzebne na co dzień, dodatkowo suszarka do włosów i ubrań, zestaw do prasowania, ekspres do kawy, kawa, herbata. I mały plus za ręczniki papierowe i nową gąbkę do naczyń. Komfort pobytu w upalne dni podnosiła klimatyzacja. Doskonała, cicha lokalizacja, blisko do Rynku Głównego, Zamku na Wawelu oraz przystanku z bezpośrednim autobusem do Kopalni Soli w Wieliczce. Zarządzający obiektem zaangażowani, bardzo pomocni, szybko odpowiadający na wiadomości. Proces zdalnego zameldowania (otwieranie drzwi na kod) przebiegł bezproblemowo dzięki bardzo dokładnej instrukcji wejścia do budynku i apartamentu.

Jedynie mała uwaga to brak chociaż po jednej kapsułce do zmywarki i pralki (na szczęście dla mnie to nie był problem, bo miałam swoje) oraz patelnia teflonowa, która jest już mocno porysowana i nadaje się do wymiany, choć to ewidentnie wina niewłaściwego użytkowania przez wcześniejszych gości a nie właściciela :-). Nie ma to wpływu na ogólną ocenę.

Locality is great, we appreciated bus and tram stops around the corner (for example bus to Wieliczka or to ZOO), and the city centre , river and Wawel near. Also we went shopping at the Jubilat store. Childern enjoyed the Jordan park with interesting playgrounds and water elements. We appreciate the friendly service and the opportunity to check in a little early. I also appreciate the little touches—like the scissors and the peeler in the kitchen. There is a nice communal garden with seating in the courtyard. The curtains and blinds really do block out the light—that was important to us.

We were given only the code for the room in advance, not the front door. The front desk clerk eventually helped us out, but there was a minor misunderstanding. We also couldn’t find any bedding for the people who were supposed to sleep on the sofa, and it took a while to sort that out. The sofa was comfortable, but it sagged at first. We had to prop it up with pillows to keep it from sinking. After that, everything was fine. A cloth dish towel would be nice.

Tutto molto bene, alloggio nuovo ben sistemato e organizzato. Pulizia ottima, dotazione cucina ottima, c'è anche la lavastoviglie. Posizione ottima a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Silenzioso e con tenda oscurante alle finestre. Tutto molto bello e buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

In un alloggio così curato il materasso troppo morbido non va bene. Nelle istruzioni per entrare nella porta dello stabile non era ben spiegato che dopo le prime 4 cifre si deve digitare il simbolo della chiave e poi aggiungere le altre 4.
