W zasadzie miejsce miało wszystko, czego można byłoby się spodziewać od apartamentu. Na wyjazd dla jednej osoby/pary w zupełności wystarczające. Dobre położenie, jeżeli ktoś wybiera się na konferencję do ICE. Ponadto bardzo blisko położony jest przystanek tramwajowy. W mieszkaniu wszystko to, czego można by się spodziewać - czajnik, naczynia, sztućce, żelazko, suszarka do włosów, spokojnie można pożyć.
W zasadzie jedyne zastrzeżenia mam do lustra w łazience, które było powieszone na tyle nisko, że przy moim wzroście (ponad 190 cm) było kompletnie bezużyteczne. Dodatkowo przy ciepłej temperaturze za oknem mieszkanie było bardzo nagrzane i nawet wentylator, który był na wyposażeniu, nie był w stanie schłodzić atmosfery. Na roboty drogowe za oknem nie będę narzekać, bo to całkowicie niezależne od zarządcy nieruchomości.
