3D KOSCIUSZKI 19 Apartament

The apartment could have been a perfect 10 - it's big, perfect location, parking - everything a family needs, especially if you are a group of 4. 5 is ok, but one has to sleep on a sofa bed.

First thing that troubled us was the garage - the remote was not working so we had to start messaging with the host via booking. Finally we managed to open the garage door manually, but it took time. The apartment wasn't very clean - some dirt/hairs could be found in less visible places. The bathroom had some mold on the ceiling and some paint peeling off. A few of the window blinds were torn and could not have been closed. We had good weather, but if it was warmer the apartment would be hot to sleep in. Fix the garage remote, clean a bit better, fix a few small things and get a 10.

عدم وجود تكييف كان الجو حار وكانت اواجه صعوبه في النوم

Расположение, подземный гараж, тихий район, зелень вокруг, близко до центра, все необходимые магазины и рестораны рядом. большие апартаменты и высокй этаж с видом на зелёный двор и закат солнца. Наличие всех необходимых домашних принадлежностей и даже больше! Хорошее соотношение качество/цена для данного района и города.

Отсутствие кондиционера в жаркое время года может доставить неудобства, особенно потому что это последний этаж. Потолки в ванной требуют лёгкого ремонта.
