Internet was fast, bathroom clean and new, kitchen equipment working well, staff was available 24/7 on phone, walking distance to main market and Wawel castle. I can recommend that place with confidence.

Nice and clean and bright Room with kitchen

Everything was good after they repaired a couple of things that didn't work on arrival. A couple of recommendation for the managers: a few more hangers would be good and a few little shelves would be helpful around the bed and in the bathroom.

Very good place, with great location. You can easily walk anywhere in Krakow city area from here. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants close-by, but the area still was very quiet at night and felt safe! Short walk to Stare Miasto, Wawel castle and Kazimierz for example. Room looked exactly like in the pictures and it was very clean, modern and nice! Air conditioner was quiet and it was must during the heat wave that was going on in Krakow during our stay. Few small issues: in our room we didn't get the cooking stove to work all week we stayed there, no matter what we tried. I am not sure if it was broken or if we just didn't understand how it worked. In the end we didn't really need to use it anyway. Also, the hosts were nice and communicated well at first, but they never replied when I asked if we could book a trip to Auschwitz through them, since they told they can arrange it if needed. This wasn't really an issue either since we found a very good offer little later. I would definitely recommend this place for your stay in Krakow and I would also book it again if I ever go back!
