It has a combustion wood heater which was wonderful for cold winter Hepburn nights. In warmer weather it would be lovely to sit outside amongst the quiet bushland. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is well supplied with cooking utensils. It is very private but within easy driving reach of local restaurants and shopping. We would love to come again.
The only thing we would have appreciated, given we stayed for 6 nights and it rained every day and was freezing cold, was to have our towels changed a couple of times as they didn’t dry properly each day and although there is a washing machine in the space, there is no dryer.

The location was beautiful with an extraordinary view and complete privacy. The house was immaculate and full of creature comforts. Everything was catered for plus the extra touch of a bottle of bubbly in the fridge was generous. The spa bath was fabulous with its outlook to the trees.
I can't fault the place.

It was quiet, convenient and had everything we needed for a quiet retreat. The hosts provided some bubbles and nibbles on arrival, along with OJ (which I had forgot) for breakfast.
We don’t want to leave.

excellent location, very secluded but within easy walking distance of Hepburn Springs.
the house was clean and tidy, and had everything we needed for the two nights (including washing machine which meant I didn't return home with a bag of dirty laundry - that was a bonus)
we went out to eat however the house was self-contained so would have been easy to make meals (has a BBQ as well as indoor kitchenette)
