About this cottage rental
Tarilta is a one-bedroom cottage with lovely views over the surrounding forest. Situated in the most desirable part of Hepburn Springs and at end of a long private driveway through the lightly forested sloping 1-acre site (with two other small cottages at the front end of the site) that adjoins and has direct access to the Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve, the cottage provides a relaxing and peaceful getaway. The kitchenette contains all the essentials if you want to prepare your own meals, but the Daylesford/Hepburn Springs area has a well-deserved reputation for outstanding cafes and restaurants.
The cottage has a split-system air conditioning unit and a woodburning heater with complimentary firewood supplied for your first night in the cottage. There is free WiFi with the Netflix and Stan streaming services included on the large TV.
The Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa complex in the neighbouring Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve is a short walk down the road and offers a range of hot mineral water bathing and pampering spa treatments. There are also very many day spas within walking distance in Hepburn Springs village or a short drive to the neighbouring town of Daylesford.

Perfectly private location. We made use of the wood fire which made the cottage lovely and warm.Opened the blinds in the morning to see wallabies around, birds chirping and the sun streaming through the windows.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tarilta Cottage and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience.
This quiet cosy property surrounded by all the beautiful trees was spotless and well-maintained, exceeding my expectations and I had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay.
I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Hepburn Springs. I look forward to returning in the future!

Excellent location, perfect little cottage with all you need, in a beautiful forrest environment which you got views of out of every windows. Host very helpful & would definitely stay there again
