Bromans Barn a beautiful cottage by the Sea and Cudmore Nature Reserve

Lovely quiet location, nice to be in a farmyard with chickens and horses about! Lots of space in the barn, all on one level, comfy furniture and beds - perfect for us and our dog. Hosts were very friendly.

A pity there was only a small gravel patio area enclosed and nowhere grassy for the dog to run (had to be on lead in the farmyard, of course) but loads of countryside nearby so not a big issue. Great wetroom, but no grab rails!

Very well equipped. Short walk through park to the beach which was ideal for our dog. Owners very friendly and helpful

Bed was a bit to firm for me

It was great that you was left to your own devices but owners were only over the way and/or a phone call away.

Was a bit difficult to find as we passed it twice maybe a sign showing the turn for the cottage as only sign was the farm sign. Apart from that it was amazing once we was in.

Location is lovely. Close to Country Park and beach.Bed and linens were very clean. Kitchen sink and tops were clean

The barn was comfortable but could do with a bit of a face lift. Outdoor wooden furniture had slats missing and looked shabby. The wet room had damp patch by skirting and floor didn’t appear to have been cleaned, also the brick floor in living area needed a mop over it. Door locks were not functioning properly it took a while to open the locks as you had to manipulate before opening, and in the event of an emergency could have proved dangerous. I noted from advertising that hosts would leave a welcoming bottle of wine and biscuits on arrival. Just teabags and biscuits. Had no contact with hosts
