Clean and comfortable place to stay for few nights.
Location is a bit far from central but Yandex taxi is not expensive.

Bus station, shops and bank were very close.
Be sure to take advantage of Hermine and Vahram's warm hospitality.

Kind and attentive staff. Nice kitchen, quite spacious and convenient rooms. Among other options it was the most preferable one for the price.

We loved our stay. The property is a little far from the center, but there is a 24/7 shop nearby which is about a 5-minute walk. Keep in mind that there is no private bathroom/toilet, but the management keeps everything spotless clean, so it is not so scary to use even the common bathroom/toilet. The sheets, bed, bathroom, kitchen - everything is clean. Whoever is doing the cleaning needs a raise :)
The owner was a sweetheart. She immediately provided an extra chair and a table when we requested for it. She also came right away when there was a brief issue with the water, and made our stay as comfortable as possible. 10/10 would recommend.
