Fletchers Ridge was a nicely put together property. Very cute and the space really well utilised. The patio overlooking the side of mountain was our favourite part. You will need a 4WD on the driveway. Staff were very helpful when problems arose.
This property is self contained on solar and rain water. I was super cautious with power and water but wasn’t aware how to monitor it.

A beautifully designed property. Nice finishes in the interior and made it feel like a lux getaway! Location is amazing!
Blinds, and the cobwebs outside on patio/behind furniture could be cleaner, however this was not a deterrent!

The quality of the furnishings and kitchen were very good and the fireplace worked well. The sunsets were glorious.
Fireplace gets extremely hot on the outside and closing it with the handle quite tricky. Definitely needs screen doors on the doors to back patio. Also a small firepit on the back lawn would be a nice addition. The driveway needs some repairing.

The views, peacefulness and general theme of the house were amazing! Great vibe and great location.
We were expecting a lot more from this place for the amount we paid. Unfortunately there were a few things broken/not working as they should (blinds, fireplace) and the place was quite dirty - stains on the sheets, mouldy cushions, stains on rug etc.
