The staff was very polite and positive. Check-in was quick and easy.
The owner meets you personally at the bus stop and takes you to the right address. I got a little confused and went to the wrong address. This is my mistake, not a minus, so read carefully and look at the chat with the owner.
Of the possible drawbacks, the only one I would highlight is the lack of locks on the toilet and shower doors.

Komunikace s majitelem a jeho přístup senzační, poměr cena kvalita ideální, pěkné místo.
Kvůli množství spolunocležníků majitel nabídl změnu apartmánu za jiný - lepší - ve stejné ceně.
Výhodu to mělo v menším počtu lidí na pokoji, nevýhodou byl jeden ubytovaný cizinec, který se choval zpočátku pohodově, ale později velmi agresivně obtěžoval.
Tento fakt samozřejmě poskytovatel moc neovlivní a je to holt riziko sdílených smíšených pokojů.
Fotografie neodpovídají skutečnosti, postelí je vždy víc namačkaných na malém prostoru.
Vlasy ve vaně a pomalu odtékající odtok. Byt je sice zařízen, ale přístup do kuchyně je jen pro dlouhodobě ubytované.
Vcelku malé palandy se starou matrací a děsivé obrazy všech možných motivů.
Nebezpečně obtěžující ubytovaný padesátník, který se chlubil fotografiemi svého přirození.

Price is okay
It’s not a well-maintained facility, and in a residential area, staff or someone like staff picked up me on the tram station like an illegal transaction. And the room stinks, the beds are not cleaned, I slept with my clothes on.
