Positioned in Cabopino, between Spanish holiday resort towns Marbella and Fuengirola, the villa is ideally located with easy access to the Costa del Sol's luxury golf courses, beaches, shopping and nightlife. And that's before we've even got started on the villa itself.
Boasting spectacular south-facing views of the Mediterranean sea, enjoy the serene scapes come night or daytime. Balancing indoor and outdoor living couldn't be easier here as bi-fold doors bring the outside in and extend the living area out onto the patio. So relax by the pool on the day beds or perch with a book in the shade on one of the plush sofas.
We love the clean lines and blue and white colour scheme seen throughout the villa, which offers a soothing space to relax in style. Underfloor heating carried across the main rooms during the slightly chillier months will keep your toes warm. Meanwhile, premium quality entertainment features, including Sonos speakers, Apple TV, and the decked-out kitchen, will keep you occupied even if the sun isn't shining outside.
There's also an a second lounge hang-out area in the basement of the home, which could be used as a gaming room or extra living space for the children.
Since you'll be just a fifteen-minute drive away from Marbella and Fuengirola, there's plenty to see and do beyond the villa too. You'll also be within an easy ten minutes walking distance of Cabopino's protected dunes and marina, ideal for a stroll or dining out at one of the many seafront restaurants. Not to mention Luna Beach, which is only 500 metres away and an idyllic spot for watching the sunset over drinks and live music at the local beach restaurant and cocktail bar.
