As a solo traveler I have stay in many places while I'm travelling. The receptionist who from Ukraine/ Ploand women , who doesn't speak English and can't understand English at all. Even after when you have book for further days she is unable to find the booking and she says no and it's hard to explain her to we have already book for further days.Her communication is zero.Futhermore there 2 ladies who doing the cleaning thing, they are very rude, they only care about there cleaning stuff and don't care about the requirements of the guests .Furthermore you cannot cook smell emmmiting foods and those two cleaners coming and intruppting your cooking.They don't like when you using the kitchen. Bathroom have Lees space and water is on the floor most of the time and you have to swim in the bathroom. Some Rooms have bed bugs and most of ppl are Ukrainian taxi drivers and you won't be having proper sleep because they are coming in the middle of the night and disturbing your sleep. Personally I don't recommend this place, by putting low rooms charges they will attract you but it's a waste of money you can find better place around the warsaw.
