Lokalizacja obiektu jest doskonała - w samym centrum Warszawy, z widokiem na Plac Pięciu Rogów. Łóżko było dosyć wygodne, w pokoju było też biurko, krzesło, wentylator, wieszaki i ręczniki. Jest jedna łazienka z WC i prysznicem oraz osobne WC z umywalką bez prysznica. Jest do dyspozycji kuchnia z lodówką, zlewem, czajnikiem. Pomimo lokalizacji w bardzo aktywnym miejscu, w nocy nie było słychać specjalnych hałasów.
W pokoju było dosyć duszno, nawet w nocy. Brama przez którą wchodzi się do klatki nie wygląda najlepiej. Klatka z resztą też nie wygląda rewelacyjnie i wymaga remontu.

Prywatne pokoje do których był łatwy dostęp z centrum miasta. Świetne rozwiązanie wejścia za pomocą kodów czysto i przytulnie nie zważając na wielkość pokoju która nie stanowiła problemu :)
