The hostel was clean and the staff was very polite. Although hostel isn't in the city center, the area has excellent transport links, making it easy to reach any part of town quickly at any time

Our bunk bed was defective as one of the ladder handles was broken. It felt quite unsafe to climb up to the top tier without proper support, and there was a constant risk of falling

All things was good

Just password was hard

The location was very good as you could comfortably reach the centre of the city by nearby tram. Also the room and the building were well looked after and relatively clean considering the number of people who used them.

The biggest problem here were the bathrooms and toilets. We really did not expect to share these with so many people. Moreover, having unisex toilets and bathrooms with zero privacy and some guests who do not respect elementary hygienic rules can be quite embarrasing especially for women. Another unpleasant thing was the noise at night - I know it was problem of the other residents, not the owner, but loud speaking, slamming doors and other noises until 2 am were quite disturbing.
