Bliskość metra i uczelni.
Braki w kuchni - na drugi dzień miałam problem by znaleźć duża łyżkę. Niestety trafiłyśmy też na dwie rodziny z dziećmi które robiły duży hałas rano i wieczorem. Została również zabrana rzecz ze wspólnej lodówki przez kogoś z innego pokoju.

Byt v dostupné vzdálenosti od metra. Čisté povlečení i prostředí. Koupelna i postel v pořádku.
Majitel přes opakované výzvy nekomunikoval. Ozval se až hodinu před naším příjezdem s tím, že kvůli chybě na Bookingu nám nemůže poskytnout 3 pokoje, ale pouze 2. Současně přislíbil vrácení peněz za třetí pokoj. Vrácení peněz proběhlo až při eskalaci od podpory Boooking.com. Majiteli vyčítám neochotu komunikovat a problém řešit.
