Pleasant experience

The house is very cosy, near the beach. There is a market next to it and also many restaurants. Inside you can find everything you need. Evangelos, the host, is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our staying there.

Exceptional

Arriving at destination was very easy. Also parking place was possible in front of the property. It is possible not to find parking place on arrival but in the evening for sure you can reserve it. No payment needed for parking in the premises. Everything was over our expectations. We feel like home. Because of the location and condition (200 footsteps till the sea, 50 steps to the nearest store and maximum 50 steps to the tavern/ restaurant) we have canceled all our scheduled trips for all week and just go to the beach, taverns (I strongly recommend "Germanos tavern") and back. You can decide for various beach places left and right just by walking (stony, sandy, snorkeling around algae to find lots of various fishes small 3cm and medium size 20cm). No complain and no other observations. All were perfect. My group is composed by 2 adults and 3 kids, we fit perfect, 2 separate sleeping rooms and one sofa installed in common room (6 adults will have enough space). I want to mention that we found the place clean and we struggle to leave it in the same condition. If you are a team that is searching for fun and night activities I think this will not fit. It is a place you have to preserve in same condition for the next which will come.

Nothing to mention. Street was not so noisy like I was expected because of cars or people walking in the evening in the front of property. I think me and my kids were doing more noise for the people which were passing when we stay on the terrace and take dinner :-). Windows and doors offer all security and noise canceling that everybody can request (all good quality materials and barely used).

Relax assoluto con mare trasparente e con costi contenuti.

Posizione della abitazione eccellente, di fronte alla spiaggia con vista mare. Proprietario disponibile e prodigo di informazioni utili per il soggiorno. Posizione molto comoda anche per visitare tutta la zona della penisola calcidica.

Il secondo bagno necessiterebbe di uno specchio e di una doccia.
