Perfect

excellent location next to beautiful beach, excellent host, cozy little place outside the crowds

the property is in excellent location almost just on the sea front with its own access to the beach, the beach was clean, the sunbeds available for each apartment, everything was as expected and exactly as it was explained in their website. The host is super helpful for everything you need. There were a welcoming drink/water/spirits and selection of wine, also the selection of free of charge breakfast the first day you may wish to order during your stay.

Great stay

We stayed for one night in this apartment and really enjoyed it. The sea view was nice—waking up and looking out over the water was beautiful. The apartment was comfortable, and had everything needed for a short stay. The hosts were welcoming and communication was smooth, which made check-in and out really smooth and easy Perfect spot if you’re looking for a relaxing stay by the sea, even if just for a night. Enough parking space.

Wonderful Stay – Comfortable Apartment & Perfect Location

We had a wonderful holiday at this apartment! The place is well maintained and equipped with everything you might need, especially the kitchen which made it easy to prepare quick meals for kids. The biggest highlight was the location – just a few steps away from a private beach, which felt quiet, safe, and perfect for our little ones. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and very family-friendly. Our children had plenty of room to play, and we loved being able to walk straight to the beach without any stress. It was the perfect balance of relaxation for adults and fun for kids. We highly recommend this place for families with small children or anyone looking for a peaceful holiday close to the sea. We’ll definitely come back!

Fantastic place for a week in the sun!

Good size rooms, excellent location, ample on street parking available, private beach was never packed so always got Sun-beds etc. Local amenities were a short drive away or a pleasant 15 mins stroll. All the staff we encountered were friendly and happy to help with anything.

Great vacay

Amazing location right by the sea with a private beach. Very clean, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable for our 2-year-old. Staff was helpful and responsive (a kettle was provided immediately).

The beach is a bit rocky with some reeds, which made it less easy for us with a toddler, but overall we had a great stay.

We had a truly wonderful vacation at Elpiniki Luxury Apartments. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel genuinely welcomed with their warmth and hospitality. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. The beach, just steps away, was exactly what we were looking for - calm, serene, and never crowded. It was the perfect spot for both relaxation and play, especially with young children. We really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the care the hosts put into maintaining the place. Thank you for such a beautiful experience - we are already looking forward to coming back!

Great place

Very relaxing beach when there are no people. You can hear birds singing from the nearby woods. Very convenient place. You have everything you need in the room then step out of the room and you are on the beach. Staff is very helpful.

The beach has stones and sand. Can be uncomfortable to step , when entering water. There was some seaweed floating. Otherwise the place is wonderful.

A nice place on the beach

Comfortable apartments located directly in front of the beach. Very nice reception staff responding to any requests quickly. The apartment has everything you need including the kettle which some other reviews complained about absence.

If you are lucky with the neighbours, the apartment is fine but we had a family of chain smokers downstairs and they ruined the experience of being at the sea. Also the apartment is quite far away from restaurants and shops so you probably need a car to go everywhere. The beach was not well maintained

Peaceful Seaside Getaway

The accommodation was very clean, the beds extremely comfortable, and the kitchen fully equipped. We stayed in a ground floor apartment and absolutely loved the breathtaking sea view. Watching the sun rise over the water was magical. Behind the property, there’s a peaceful little forest where you can hear birds singing, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The free, spacious parking was also a great bonus.

Clean, comfortable and adequate for a very peaceful stay

The apartment was very clean, very well equipped and comfortable. We were on the ground floor with a sea view and it was wonderful. The sea is few steps away, the patio is well equipped with comfortable chairs and a rather big table. The location was excellent in terms of the beach-just a few steps away. It`s outside of the city center, it`s quite and peaceful. The hosts were welcoming and attentive. The wi-fi is excellent. Parking space is provided. All in all it`s a great place for a very relaxing, quiet holiday-there is literally everything provided in the apartment as well as around it.

Quiet location, with very nice staff & with the beach (which is clean and well maintained ) right in front. The first 2-3 meters in the water have rocks, so a little more complicated for the kids to enter it but some paths for easier acces are created. The nearest restaurant is at about 20 minute walk. Overall, it was a good experience. Thank you, guys!

The place is very nice. The room is spacious, has a small kitchenette and a beautiful view from the terrace. The bed was comfortable. The staff is very responsive and the cleanliness of the rooms is on a high level. There are restaurants and a shop within a 10-minute walking distance.
