Private pool and proximity to beach, local shop and restaurant and also short distance from Alvor village. Communication with host was well organised.
For us more capacity would be beneficial but that’s just so we can return with more people! Otherwise, nothing to dislike

Beautiful Villa. Lovely roof terrace. Small supermarket on site. Not too far from a couple of good restaurants. Really nice sitting by the pool. Very clean. Good parking. Comfortable beds. Good local taxi service. You are at the beginning of the beach and promenade which are only 10 minutes walk. Beach is beautiful. Recommended restaurants "Mediterraneamente" and "Atlantida". Both fabulous. Both walking distance (not for elderly though)
Very much liked the villa. Information purposes: We brought my husband's elderly parents. Walk to the beach not suitable for older people or prams. Car needed if wanting to go to Alvor town or restaurants further away or larger supermarket which you will want to do if staying for longer than a few days. We needed to buy a tea towel, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, salt and pepper. The BBQ is not set up for use and there is no book of information for the area. Also we needed to empty the dishwasher when we arrived:-)
