Overall, a decent experience. I had troubles checking in as the instructions weren't sent to me in time, but the location is great - close to the airport train, the tram stop and Belvedere itself - if you are into experiencing Vienna for the first time.
The place is perfect for two people, strong 7 experience, almost 7.5. Good price:quality ratio. I'd go there again.
Not recommended during the heat waves - no cooling fan provided by the host. Sleeping there, when it's 25C+ during the night with windows open is pretty difficult. The place is located next to a busy street, opening the windows wide means you are going to either need ear plugs or wake up every 20-30 minutes or so.
The cleanliness was okay, but the kettle needs replacing or descaling, it's one of the things I usually check when arriving to some place. The state of the kettle says a lot usually.

Location of the apartment is next to the Belvedere, in the neighbourhood close to the city center - you can reach it my a walk. I admired the view from the window and the room was dainty and had the “parisian” interior :)
The only minus from my perspective was the lack of air conditioner and loud noise that comes once you open the windows during the night.

Very nicely decorated, cozy, well maintained and clean. I also loved the location - right next to a botanical garden and very close to other main monuments. There are also very nice restaurants nearby and different methods of public transport.
Nothing special.
