Byt je prostorný a dobře přístupný, protože se nachází v přízemí. Byt je v blízkosti hlavního nádraží a zastávek MHD. Cesta pěšky do centra vede skrz krásný park Belvedere. Při odjezdu jsme v bytě zapomněli oblíbenou hračku. Majitel nám ji ochotně poslal poštou.
Větší ložnice má okno do ulice hned vedle zastávky tramvaje, takže bylo trochu slyšet v noci hluk. Byt má trochu méně světla, protože se nachází v přízemí.

Tesis genel olarak ev konsepti olarak tasarlanmış ve içerisinde ev aletlerini olması güzeldi
Tesise giriş 15.00 iken çıkışta sizi 10.00 da çıkmaya zorlamaları çok kötüydü . Tesisin içerisinde ayakkabı ile dolaşmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz terlik hizmeti istediğimizde talebimiz red edildi. Herhangi bir atıştırmalık bir şey bırakılabilirdi bu da yapılmamıştı. Son olarak valizlerimiz konusunda da yardımcı olamayacaklarını söylemişlerdi neyse ki onu halletmen çözümünü bir uğraşla buldular . Genel olarak neredeyse taleplerimizin hepsine red cevabı verdiler bu bizi oldukça zor durumlara düşürdü.
