Отлично разположение. Сградата се намира до двореца Белведере, в близост до спирки на градския транспорт, и на пешеходно разстояние от основните забележителности на Виена. Апартаментът разполага с всички удобства, необходими както за кратко-, така и за дългосрочен престой. Допълнително предимство е покритата тераса с изглед към вътрешния двор, чиято зеленина през лятото осигурява приятна прохлада. Домакините реагират много бързо на всяко запитване и комуникацията с тях беше безпроблемна.

Location, close to public transport, spacious apartment
Serious problems with the heating system: it starts up every few minutes, the noise is very disturbing, and it is difficult to manage the heating in the apartment (The issue has been raised before, by those who came before) I didn't like the fact that the apartment is close to the neighbors across the hall, with no privacy.

This is good quality place to stay, freshly renovated, not the cheapest materials, furnitures okay, comfortable bed, the kitchen was super, the bathroom incl the wasching machine is a plus point and the host is really doing her best, they really care about their guests and quickly reachable, very sweet and helpful. The pet fee also fair. They offered doggy bed, bowls.. so they've been correct at all. I totally recommend this place. Peacefully, lovely.
the bathroom window need to get fixed because of the cold comes in - I've used towels to cover it - I've had no issues bc the towel heater balanced the cold
