Exceptional location near Landstrasse Mitte and tram stops right outside the building. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, and has all kitchen appliances one could possibly need. It has a huge balcony with generous sitting areas which is just perfect if visiting Vienna in May. The check in and check out were also very straightforward.

Die Lage wäre gut, die Wohnung sauber und total in Ordnung. Der Vermieter war persönlich dann auch sehr bemüht auf unsere doch sehr eindeutige Kritik nach drei durchwachten Nächten mit zwei Kindern eine alternative Unterkunft anzubieten. Dort waren wir in einem anderen Eck Wiens, hatten nur eine große Garconniere und mussten die Betten der Kinder erst selbst beziehen. Für uns alles kein großes Problem, aber für den Preis kann ich keine Wohnung mit nächtlicher Baustelle vor der Tür vermieten.
ABER es gibt direkt unter dem Fenster eine nächtliche Baustelle, bei der von zehn Uhr abends bis vier in der Früh die Straße aufgerissen wird und neue Straßenbahnschienen verlegt werden. Dies wurde auch schon vor Wochen angekündigt. Dennoch wird die Wohnung weitervermietet!
