The location is excellent; you can easily reach the city center instantly via numerous transportation options. It's just 2 minutes from Belvedere.
It's quite an old building. The interior is furnished with modern items, but the sofas and other furniture aren't comfortable at all. The cleanliness is inadequate; the floors are dusty. Even the toilet isn't clean enough. There's a lot of road noise from outside, which sometimes makes it difficult to sleep.

Buona soluzione vicino al Museo del Belvedere, servito bene dai mezzi per raggiungere in 10 minuti il centro di Vienna. Claudius e il suo collega molto gentili e disponibili. Alloggio capiente x 4 persone e molto pulito; ubicato in strada trafficata, ma con finestre chiuse non si sentiva nulla.
Wi-fi poco potente, spesso non funzionava.

Location, well equipped, spacious, clean overall, immediate response and understanding from the owner.
Is outdated (mainly bathroom), no washer/dryer and no air conditioning.

Die Lage und das Personal
Türen haben so gegwitscht das die Kinder immer wach wurden. Nur 1 Tv, Böden gehen auf, Putz bröckelt von den Wänden, keine Türen in der Küche, Duschkabine schon sehr alt und instabil, Spinnweben in jeder Ecke, Regal mit Gläser voller Staub usw. Die Lage ist top, Inhaber sehr freundlich aber leider zu teuer für die Qualität.
