Location, well equipped, spacious, clean overall, immediate response and understanding from the owner.
Is outdated (mainly bathroom), no washer/dryer and no air conditioning.

An sich gut ausgestattet, grose Wohnung.
Es hat ziemlich stark nach abgestandenem Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Sind aber auch alle sehr empfindlich was Zigarettengeruch angeht.

500 метров от вокзала. Бельведер 100 метров. Парковка 700 метров 11 евро в сутки. Супермаркеты и кафе все рядом.

Die Lage und das Personal
Türen haben so gegwitscht das die Kinder immer wach wurden. Nur 1 Tv, Böden gehen auf, Putz bröckelt von den Wänden, keine Türen in der Küche, Duschkabine schon sehr alt und instabil, Spinnweben in jeder Ecke, Regal mit Gläser voller Staub usw. Die Lage ist top, Inhaber sehr freundlich aber leider zu teuer für die Qualität.
