Quite, safe, very well equipped, very clean and tidy: everything we needed for a night! A good number of eateries to choose from in town plus two big supermarkets at the end of the road so it all went very smoothly.

The ONLY thing I feel should be improved are the pillows in the bedroom which were far too soft for our liking.

Sehr netter und freundlicher Vermieter. Tolle helle und gut geschnittene Wohnung im Dachgeschoss, mit Küchenbar und Allem eingerichtet, was man zum Leben braucht. Ruhig gelegen, mit privatem Parkplatz. Auch mehrere Lebensmittelmärkte in der Nähe.

Eigentlich nichts.... naja, außer vielleicht, dass ich dickerer Mensch beim Treppensteigen ins Pusten kam ;-)))

Wir Warenmärkte ein Sport Event in Karlsruhe. Dafür war das Appartement super gelegen. Das Schlafzimmer ist tatsächlich

Die Lage ist super zentral, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur 250 m entfernt. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Es fehlt eine „echte“ Kaffeemaschine, es gibt lediglich eine kapselmaschine oder eine bodum. Es steht in der Beschreibung aber eine Kaffeemaschine.

Tolle große Wohnung! Wohlfühlen wie daheim! Parkplatz direkt davor... alles lief reibungslos! Genügend Decken, Kaffee, Tee, Bad Artikel (ok der föhn ist nix..hab die Haare nass gelassen) aber sonst echt nice !

Kein Rollo am großen Fenster... Sonst..nö alles gut.. ist Dachgeschoss und 2 lange Treppen sind zu nehmen. Der Balkon ist ein Gemeinschaftsbalkon im ersten Stock. Sehr schön mit Hollywood Schaukel!

Sehr ruhig gelegen alles für den Täglichen Bedarf ist gleich um die Ecke.Kaffee und Tee insbesondere große Auswahl und viel vorhanden.

Der Schlauch der Dunstabzug müsste mal erneuert werden

Schöne Dachwohnung, gut gelegen, Aldi und Co um die Ecke.

Leider gab es ein Ameisenproblemchen. Von der Decke hat es ein wenig getropft und der Duschkopf müsste ausgetauscht werden, ansonsten sehr gut ausgestattet!
