Beatiful apartment with everything you need.
Without airco in summer it can get a bit warm because you're under the roof. But this was a minor detail compared to an the positives

This was an absolutely beautiful apartment, and the landlady was very friendly and accommodating!
Not that it was a terrible issue, but the apartment is on the third floor, we are an early 60's couple and it was a bit of a climb with luggage. However, once we seen how nice the apartment was, it was well worth the climb.

A very clean and tidy apartment. Nice shower, bathroom kitchen. Everything was lovely
It was a very hot week (37c) and lacked a fan or airconditioning. The kitchen was well equipped but lacked some basics. There was a list of domestic duties to be fulfilled before leaving. Stripping the bed, taking the rubbish out and more. I think that is appropriate in a hostel situation at 20Euros a night but not when one is paying the rates for a good apartment.
