Le fait qu’il soit à 5mn du futuroscope

Le studio est situé dans un immeuble insalubre. Ma fille et moi avons passé 1h à notre arrivée à tout nettoyer et désinfecter, j’ai dû faire cramer de l’encens pour faire passer l’odeur d’égout dans le logement. Les couettes n’étaient pas mises dans le protège couette et tant mieux parce qu’elles étaient sales elles aussi. La cerise sur le gâteau a été le dernier soir quand ma fille a vu plusieurs cafards se balader dans l’évier. Nous n’avons même pas dormi là, j’ai envoyé un message à Maxence pour l’informer que je quittais l’endroit et j’ai repris la route pour 5h30 de trajet de nuit après avoir passé 2 jours au futuroscope. Étant maman solo, mon budget vacances est assez limité et je pensais avoir trouvé un bon rapport qualité prix mais j’ai été très déçue de voir qu’il ne s’agissait que d’un business de plus autour du futuroscope !

Présents dans l’appartement uniquement pour dormir , les conditions d’hébergement étaient acceptables

Proximité avec le futuroscope

Nous avons tourné un moment avant de trouver l’entrée du bâtiment qui ne porte pas de numéro . Le rez de chaussée n’est pas très accueillant avec ses graffitis et ses boites aux lettres détériorées . Il manque des carreaux de faïence sur le pourtour du bac à douche , bonjour les infiltrations ! Il manque des ampoules au plafond dans l’appartement . Il a fallu que nous en enlevions une de la salle de bain pour la mettre dans l’entrée . Les communs manquent tellement d’éclairage que nous avons vu le personnel d’entretien nettoyer à la lueur de leur téléphone 🤨

Bon emplacement calme très propre et bien équipé

Déplu : L’entrée de l’immeuble est assez vétuste et sale. Et surtout il y a une forte odeur de remontée des égouts je pense dans l’appartement c’est très désagréable. Manque le grille pain indiqué dans les équipements Plu : le studio est bien situé très propre ,bien équipé et calme.

Séjour plutôt décevant..

Principalement la proximité du futuroscope. L'appartement est plutôt bien agencé et fonctionnel.

Les communs du bâtiment : les gens fument dans l'ascenseur, c'est sale. La cuisine n'était pas propre il restait des pâtes sur les plaques de cuisson. L'isolation phonique est inexistante. On entends les voisins, la fenêtre idem. Pourquoi mettre autant d'espace entre les deux lits superposés ? On a clairement la tête dans le plafond.
