Okay for the price
The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the best lift of the resort! Private parking is a big plus. The WiFi worked well. In general, the apartment is a good value for money.
The room description is quite misleading or outdated. It needs to be looked through. We were missing a dish washer, coffee machine, bath robes, washing machine that are listed in different “about the room/property” sections. There is no sound isolation despite it being listed, we could hear everything from the corridor and the street. There is no towel dryer or drying rack to hang wet clothes. The cleaning was not very thorough. There were several spider nets in the bathroom and the room, the floors were not cleaned in the corners, the shelves in the garderob were covered in black dust. Really uncomfortable pillows, bring your own if you can. The communication with the owner was not easy, most of my texts were not answered.

A place to sleep for a ski trip and the basics. Too expensive for what you get.
Location was ideal, has all the basics you need.
Bed was uncomfortable but not horrible , place needs a renovation and the front door lock wasn’t working very well.

Direkte Nähe zur Fleckballen Bahn, 2 Minuten bis zur Talstation, sonniger Balkon, neuwertige Einrichtung, neues Bad. Liegt an der Landstraße Sankt Johann nach Kitzbühel. Gut zu erreichen
Es fehlten folgende Dinge: Hocker nicht zum Tisch, keinen Besen/Handbesen. Kein Stuhl im Zimmer. Balkontür müsste repariert werden, das Scharnier ist locker

Nicht wie erwartet.
Allgemein sehr gute Lage und sehr freundliche Besitzer.
Leider kann ich von meinem Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung nicht sehr viel gutes sagen. Erstens fehlte eine grundlegende Annehmlichkeit: die Heizung. Dies führte zu einem sehr unbequemen Aufenthalt, besonders in den kühlen Nächten. Außerdem gab es keine Möglichkeiten Skiklamotten zu trocknen. Zweitens war die Küchenausstattung äußerst spärlich, was die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten zu einer Herausforderung machte. Schließlich entsprach die Wohnung nicht der Beschreibung, die online angegeben war, was zu einer insgesamt enttäuschenden Erfahrung führte. Ich hoffe, dass diese Probleme in Zukunft angegangen werden, um zukünftigen Gästen einen angenehmeren Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.
