Lovely time away

The area was lovely. The property was clean and in a good location.

Parking was very tight. Although there was a lot of parking down the hill.

Just like home from home

Everything was clean and easy to access once we arrived, the boiler went out, Clare put us back on track once I called her and just a boiler trip out.

Parking was ok, drive steep and access tight due to other vehicles parked up but manageable, the neighbour even moved his van to allow access.

Great location 🙂

It was in a good location. The caravan it self was nice and it had everything we needed. Clare the host was good at communicating with us too.

It hadn't been cleaned and the beds had not been stripped on our arrival at 15:45 even though we booked in enough time. The host Clare wanted to rectify our inconvenience but we already cleaned it ourselves and got rid of all the rubbish that the last guests left. It was abit of a shock to walk in on has we were looking forward to our break. We couldn't connect to the wifi and the main bed was uncomfortable and creaked alot when you moved.

Really nice area, very friendly people, good town to explore & spend time in. Lovely seafront.

Lots of space inside, very clean, lovely views, friendly staff . Good shower & hot water.

Outside seating bit limited. Static next door had very bright outside light & he was making a lot of noise at 3.30am.

Beautiful caravan, great for a short stay!

Wonderful little caravan kitted out with everything we needed for our short stay, including extras in the kitchen like cleaning things, handwash, and even board games in the living room. Location brilliant for going into the town whether driving or walking. Host was very communicative throughout the whole booking process and getting the keys and checking out was easy. Has parking by the side of the caravan so very convenient. Absolutely beautiful views of the hills and National Library. Would definitely stay again!

Caravan fittings were a bit faded and some things needed a bit of TLC (but everything worked as it should). Parking was a bit precarious and seemed to be dependent on the residents of a neighbouring caravan not blocking the way, although thankfully we had no issues with this. Otherwise - it was great!

Amaing we loved it and would happily stay here again host was very helpful and we left the place how we found it was more then expected and family friendly I took my partner and our 1 year old and he loved it space was amazing and neighbours very friendly 🙂

I would stay again

The views from the caravan are lovely, quiet & peaceful. The caravan park location is very easy to get to & only a 5 min drive into Aberystwyth centre or 20 mins walk. 40 mins drive from Machynellth which is where my sister lives who I was visiting.

The parking & you only get told the difficulty of the parking near the caravan after the booking. You can park near the caravan it's self but not outside it. Not ideal for any wheelchair users or anyone with mobility issues.

Spotlessly clean. Warm and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. Good communication from the host.

Not possible to park near the property due to bad weather. However, this was not the fault of the host. No shower mat.

Lovely relaxing break with grandchildren, just what we wanted after a rough few months.

Lovely clean comfortable caravan, nice furnishings, well equipped. Excellent communications from the host, with good directions to the caravan.

Quite a walk up a steep hill to get out of site, and quite a walk up a steep hill to get back to the site from town. Not that this is the hosts fault!!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay

It was absolutely fantastic. Beautiful and clean. Fantastic location and drive way. Really fantastic caravan with lovely views. Never got to use the pool as they shut quite early.

Caravan was very comfortable and clean, everything we needed was provided. Communication from the host was superb, really enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable mobile home.Heating excellent as it was very cold

As I am elderly it was impossible to park at the mobile home as access was wet.My daughter who drove me had to park quite a distance and then collect me.Perhaps think of concreting the access.

Appropriate value for money, clean, owners very helpful. Good location

Despite offering parking at the side of the caravan this was not really available. You essentially need to drive your vehicle up a grass hill in order to leave it on a patch of gravel and unfortunately it had rained and then did rain therefore my car slid and would not go up the hill to this gravel patch. Someone on the site kindly let me park elsewhere although you are free to dump you car around the toilet block. Access on foot was also via the grass and now mud patch so white footwear was not a good idea and when leaving carrying my suitcase and bags down this slope resulted in me almost falling....so appropriate access even on foot must be a must. This is not a negative feedback for the owners as they where very helpful, this is more of what changes could be made to improve access and parking.

A nice and cozy caravan for a great holiday

There was everything one could need, dishes, washing-up liquid, bedding. Everything was also pretty clean. The location of the caravan-park is very close to the town and the sea. We enjoyed our stay.

The wifi was slow and shaky. While it shouldn't be THE reason to go on holidays, I think it should be mentioned since it plays a role in everybody's lives nowadays.

double bed needs looking at, creaks every time you turn over. comfortable mattress but noisy. toilet seat loose. instructions on how to turn radiators on would be helpful. Maybe suggest a handrail for the two steps, as elderly mother had trouble stepping up from slope where you park the car.

Good property if you are a couple of people trying to find a cheap stay in Aberystwyth but I wouldn’t recommend to peopl

I liked that the property has access to the campsites lounge and indoor pool.

I didn’t like that properties got water wasn’t working.We had to contact the staff to fix it.The bathroom is also carpet which makes it hold unpleasant smells.
