I really like the house. Such a cozy, clean, with full equipt place. I felt at home. We managed to prepare our breakfast at home and enjoyed it.

I couldn't find anything unlikely. I knew from the comments that there will not be any slippers, so I brought my own. But despite that, towels and all the needed equipment were provided.

Whole apartment, everything looks fresh and new, kitchen has most stuff you would need to cook a meal, and this all for a quite reasonable price.

The bio garbage can outside was literally crawling with maggots and needs to be cleaned more often.

Charming place to stay

The apartment is really cosy, very clean and modern. It has everything a couple needs for a short vacation. I don't like city noise so we have chosen this place for its rural location, quite surroundings and sense of privacy while visiting my family in Hamburg - our expectations were all more than fulfilled. The inner yard is very charming so we plan to come back some other time when it's warmer to be bale to enjoy it. Oliver is a very thoughtful and friendly host. Check-in was super easy thanks to the instructions he has sent to us beforehand. Thank you very much, Oliver!

The ventilation in the bathroom was a bit noisy but on the other hand it's better to have clean air :). The floors are quite cold so we would recommend to take some slippers for those who are not a fan of colds. It's not a critic to the apartment though, just a recommendation for other travellers. In general we are more than happy with this amazing apartment, thank you!

Am Stadtrand von Hamburg.

Die Lage war gut. Der Parkplatz war fast immer frei. Der Gastgeber war nur am ersten Tag vor Ort. Die Geräte sind in Ordnung und passen gut zu einem kurzen Aufenthalt mit Selbstverpflegung. Danke für das Hundekörbchen.

Der Kühlschrank hatte kein Gefrierfach. Zwischen Wohn-Essraum und Schlafzimmer war ein offener Flur, der dazu führte, dass das ungeheizte Schlafzimmer zur Kältebrücke wurde. Die Heizkörper funktionierten gut, wurden aber z. Teil ferngesteuert. Bei Regenwetter war es schlecht, dass die Dachrinne über der Terrasse immer überlief und das Wasser direkt herunterfloss. Ein Foto zeigt, dass die Dachrinne nicht nur voller Laub ist, sondern vom Moos zugewachsen.

Ruhige Lage mit Zugang zum Garten und Gartenmöbeln. Sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass sie auch für einen längeren Urlaub gut geeignet ist. Gute Betten, gute Bettwäsche und Handtücher.

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt, eher sogar übertroffen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was im täglichen Bedarf benötigt wird. Auch das Bad war ausgezeichnet mit einer tollen großen Dusche. Wir haben den Vermieter getroffen und wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen! Er hatte eine sehr nette Art und Ausstrahlung! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich, und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Da sich die Wohnung in einer Seitenstraße befindet waren auch keine störenden Geräusche zu hören. Wir konnten unser Fahrzeug auf dem Gelände direkt vor dem Eingang parken. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder, aber ich denke das wird schwierig, denn wenn anderen Gästen die Wohnung auch so gut gefällt, wird sie bestimmt sehr oft belegt sein!

Zum Übernachten ausreichend

Das Badezimmer war okay, aber die Entlüftung sehr laut. Die Terrasse vor der Küche war okay.

Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss und macht beim Betreten des Hauses einen muffigen Eindruck. Die Jalousien vorm Schlafzimmer sind defekt und konnten nicht geöffnet werden, also immer dunkel. Die Einrichtung war umfangreich, aber nicht besonders gemütlich.

Für einen Kurzurlaub in dem man dort nur schläft ist es gut.

Parkplatz am Haus. Garten und Terrasse. Hund erlaubt und kostenfrei. Küchenzeile mit Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank. Unkomplizierte Anreise mit Schlüsselbox am Eingang. Schönes Badezimmer mit großer Dusche. Gute Matratzen im Bett. Großer Kleiderschrank mit genügend Platz.

Der Garten ist nicht eingezäunt. Deshalb muß man den Hund leider immer anleinen. Rolladen im Schlafzimmer waren defekt und man konnte sie nicht öffnen. Somit konnte man auch keine Frischluft ins Zimmer lassen. Heizung und Warmwasser waren am letzten Vormittag ausgefallen. Lautstärke am Fernseher war im Hotelmode , aber so leise eingestellt, daß man als älterer Mensch kaum etwas hörte. (Stärke 16 ist definitiv zu leise). Das Sofa steht so, daß man nicht gemütlich fernsehen kann.

Eine super Unterkunft mit toller Ausstattung und schönem kleinen Garten. Man findet alles was man braucht. Die Schlüsselübergabe war dank Schlüsseltresor sehr unkompliziert. Ich würde diese Unterkunft immer wieder buchen und empfehle sie sehr gerne weiter.
