Would not stay there again despite the lovely location

This is a lovely quiet place

- no staff around - does not offer breakfast (or at least did not respond to our request) - windows cannot be darkened so room gets very light - no refrigerator in room - there was what seemed to be an open kitchen for the glamping offer but as I could not see any staff we could not ask if we could use it - towel had holes in it - the room was nice but expensive for what it is (we paid 10€ more for a bigger room in Fulda with breakfast and reception).

Pluses and minuses.

Nice and quiet, enjoyed meeting the farm animals! Bed was comfortable, the apartment was clean.

When I booked, there appeared to be a restaurant so we could eat dinner. This was important for us as the nearest place to eat is about 20 minutes away and we had had a long day's drive. I tried to make a reservation online but Web link sent in our confirmatory email does not work. When we got there, the restaurant was closed and there were no staff available to talk to. Also, there are only paper blinds on all the windows, so the room gets light at 4.30am.

The apartment is spacious and clean. It's located in a farm so children can see the animals. The windows are new with good isolation to noise outside.

The shower only has a curtain without glass doors normally used. The owner shouldn't save money on this and should fix this problem as soon as possible.

A completely dark yard. Reception was not there. Loud shouting brought the person from whom we got the key and guid, lighting to the door of the room at the back of the house.

We stayed overnight in the apartment on our drive through Europe. Very convenient and combines with a nice restaurant and garden. Unfortunately we arrived so late we were unable to use it. We also had our dog with us.

Wir waren über Silvester da, damit unser Hund keine Böller abbekommt. Hat geklappt, Hund ist wohl auf. Bad war gut

Schlaf gab's trotzdem nicht so viel, die Menschen über uns waren recht laut, außerdem hat ein Hahn nachts gekräht (wie sie es halt machen). Alles in allem gut für unseren Zweck. Leider hat der Boden unangenehm geklebt. So überall in Zimmer.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Unterkunft an sich auch, aber ... (Siehe nächste Punkte)

1) Kein Warmwasser in der Dusche 2) Kaffeepads waren alle... 3) Keine Information vorab, dass es keins gibt. Letztes Mal gab es ein sehr gutes, und wir hatten uns sooo darauf gefreut. Umso mehr war die Enttäuschung, dass es keins gab. Mit einer Vorabinfo hätten wir selber etwas besorgen können😭😭😭😭😭

Wir würden wieder kommen.

Wir waren zu viert in der Ferienwohnung. Diese ist mit zwei Zimmern und einem separaten Wohn-Essbereich sehr geräumig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Hof liegt etwas abseits. Man braucht schon ein Auto, wenn man die Umgebung kennenlernen möchte.

Einziges Manko: in den Schränken fanden sich noch Essens(Schokoladen-)reste der Vormieter.

Gemütliches Zimmer auf dem Bauernhof

Die Unterkunft war gemütlich eingerichtet und größtenteils sauber. Mit einem Schlüsselsafe ist man problemlos ins Apartment gekommen.

Leider war die Hof-Gastronomie geschlossen, so dass man 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu einer Bäckerei oder Café fahren musste, um zu frühstücken. Hier wäre es nett gewesen, einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Raum gehabt zu haben, um ein paar Frühstücksutensilien dort hinein zu geben. Leider war das Duschwasser nur lauwarm, das Tablett mit dem Wasserkocher und der Kaffeemaschine war sehr staubig und eine Gardine war kaputt. Kinder kriegen das leider nicht so gut hin den Vorhang beim Duschen einwandfrei zu verschließen und das Bad war immer überschwemmt. Es gab leider nichts zum aufwischen oder eine Badematte. Der Hofladen war leider auch geschlossen und der Hofautomat war größtenteils leer.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von dieser Buchung. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut nicht. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Das Zimmer hatte einen eigenen Eingang. Das Zimmer war vom Grundriss her ganz nett.

Es war extrem dreckig (abgenutzter Spülschwamm, in allen Ecken Spinnweben, tote Insekten/Dreck unter den Plissees, Haare an den Zahnputzgläsern, Krümmel in der Besteckschublade). Bett knatscht, Matratzen zu hart. Sehr notdürftige Küchenaustattung. Parkplatz zu weit abgelegen von der Unterkunft. Insgesamt war die Lage zu abgelegen. Restaurant hatte geschlossen. Die Erreichbarkeit der Betreiber ist unzureichend - es wurde nicht auf Anfragen oder Hinweise auf das verschmutze Zimmer reagiert.

Het personeel heeft ons goed geholpen. We waren vergeten een kinderbedje erbij te reserveren, maar dat kon meteen geregeld worden, zonder meerkosten. De bijbehorende kinderboerderij was super leuk voor de kleine kinderen. Het restaurant op locatie is ook heel fijn als je een hele dag hebt gereisd.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut durchdacht und wir haben es sehr genossen, mitten zwischen Tieren zu wohnen.

Alles war wirklich gut. Ich hätte gerne gewusst, wie die Tiere (Esel, Pferde, Ziehen) heißen. Vielleicht wäre das noch eine Idee.. Mappe für die Wohnung oder Schilder?! Aber der Hof Viehbrook ist absolut empfehlenswert!

Überraschend gut! Für eine Übernachtung eigentlich zu schade ;-)

Wir hatten die große Ferienwohnung für eine Übernachtung gebucht. Überraschend gut ausgestattet und sehr angenehm eingerichtet. Gute Betten. Alles top sauber. Wir wurden schon fast familiär willkommen geheißen. Selbst für unsere Fahrräder wurde spontan noch ein Platz gefunden.

Das Schließsystem der Zugangstüren ist gewöhnungs- und übungsbedürftig... Und die 3 Hornissen im Bad, die waren ein kleiner Dämpfer...ABER das ist Natur!!!!

Um es kurz zu machen: "alles". Die ruhige Lage und das idyllische Flair eines Bauernhofes und seine dazugehörigen Tiere gaben mir die Möglichkeit mich zu entspannen und mal runter zu fahren. Die Räumlichkeiten haben einen rustikalen, charmanten Ausdruck. Das Personal konnte auf allen unserer Wünschen eingehen. Das Frühstück bot die typische Kost die man auf einem Bauernhof erwarten würde.

Het is nog echt een boerderij met veel dieren om je heen. De kamer is van hotel kwaliteit en ruim opgezet.

Er is geen ontbijt mogelijk. In het weekend en op feestdagen is de keuken wel open.

Fijne locatie voor jong gezin en goed geschikt voor mensen op doorreis.

Mooie en verzorgde locatie. Een hoeve met veel mogelijkheden tot activiteiten op het terrein met kinderen. Het was nu rustig in deze tijd van het jaar maar kan mij voorstellen dat het voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen een ideale locatie is om meerdere dagen door te brengen.

Voor ons was het een overnachting op doorreis en dan is het prima. Als ik hier meerdere dagen zou zitten had ik wel behoefte gehad aan een koelkastje. Verder was het opletten met de douche omdat het water vrij makkelijk door de badkamer kan lopen vanwege ontbreken van een opstaande rand. Douche gordijn is niet voldoende om waterstroom te beperken.
