A hidden gem!!!

Perfect studio apartment for 2 people. Modern and extremely clean. Bathroom had a large shower which is much appreciated. Bed was very comfortable. Pleasantly decorated and all amenities working. Fully equipped kitchen and the use of a lawned area with table,chairs and sun umbrella. Highly recommend. Would come again. Private parking on site in secure area. Full size washing machine at our disposal. But best of all a wonderful host.

I felt myself like at home. Very clean and comfortable studio. Everything you need is there. High-speed internet, TV, large parking, washing machine, well-equipped kitchen. A bonus - a Nespresso machine. Many thanks for hosts, they are great.

Comfortable apartment close to Nice

The check in was easy, the property was as in pictures, with a comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen. As we traveled with a toddler, it was important he could play in the yard and we could cook for him. Also, the owner provided a crib, which is also very nice. It was easy to park a car inside the property, so the car was safe. We drove to Nice ~25 min one way which was a easy ride. We are very thankful to the guest house owners, they made this stay super comfortable and safe. Highly recommend.

Top Unterkunft für Fahrradtouren an der Côte d‘Azure

Sehr nette Vermieter Top Studio mit sehr guter Ausstattung Überdachter Stellplatz für unsere Fahrräder Auto und Fahrräder konnten wir im Innenhof sicher abstellen welcher durch ein Tor verschlossen war Wir kommen gerne wieder

il monolocale è carino e pulito. è possibile parcheggiare la macchina all'interno del cortile privato. la proprietaria all'arrivo spiega le dotazioni del monolocale e dà consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni (in francese ma ci sono dei fogli con la traduzione in altre lingue), oltre alle chiavi consegna anche il telecomando del cancello carrabile. è stato utilissimo il condizionatore per riscaldare l'ambiente visto che durante la notte la temperatura esterna arrivava a 0°. la doccia è spaziosa. molto apprezzate anche le capsule nespresso per farsi il caffè.

cuscini del letto un pò scomodi. padelle e pentole molto graffiate.

Magnifique studio !

Tout était super, le studio propre, très bien équipé et idéalement situé. Le lit super confortable, un magnifique jardin et une piscine ! En plus les serviettes étaient fournies, ce qui permet de pas trop charger les valises. Vraiment nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, ma mère etait enchantée et nos hôtes sont des gens charmants. Je reviendrai dans cette location pour mes futurs séjours !

Super Aufenthalt, absolute Empfehlung - gerne wieder

tolle Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, persönliche Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung sehr guter abgesperrter Privatparkplatz Erdgeschoß und damit kurze Wege kleines aber feines Appartement mit allem dran und drin; leider konnten wir aufgrund des Wetters den Garten und den Pool nicht wirklich nutzen - ist aber ganz toll, haben wenige FeWo`s Küche hat tolle Ausstattung - danke für die vorhandenen Kaffemaschinenkapseln, das war wertvoll für uns super Internet vorhanden tolles Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis kurzer Weg in das sehr nette kleine Städtchen mit guten Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten (kleiner Supermarkt, Restaurants)

Très bon accueil et très bon équipement avec petites attentions, café, thé, ... et propreté impeccable J'ai également apprécié le stationnement dans la cour de la maison.
