Absolutely horible accomodation

I foolishly chose accommodation based on location, but it wasn't great at all.

After paying for the accommodation, I did not receive instructions on where exactly to arrive, which caused me a lot of worries, complications and a long delay, thanks to which I did not even have time to eat after arriving. The accommodation is run by an arrogant landlord who does not help with anything and is not at the place of arrival. The whole building smells terribly. The bed linen was not changed after the previous landlord. The building is noisy at night and you can sleep until 6:00 a.m. at most. The equipment of the apartment is completely outdated and sometimes something is missing. There is no view from the window. The worst thing, however, is the arrogant ilandlord.

Great sleep, but read the rules Before booking!!!!

Great location inside the marina complex, with easy access to restaurants, a tobacco shop, and other useful places. The area feels safe and is very convenient if you have a car. Parking is easy but make sure to have the parking disc to show your arrival time. The apartment is very quiet, perfect for resting. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable of all the Airbnbs we stayed in – it gave us the best quality of sleep. The space is small, but okay for two people who don’t spend much time inside.

After booking, I found out there was a €500 deposit, which felt too high for such a small studio (around 16 m²). I also didn’t know the €60 cleaning fee wasn’t included. If you don’t want to pay it, you must clean the whole apartment yourself. I had to leave early, so waking up to clean everything was stressful. It’s important to read all the rules before booking to avoid bad surprises.

It was a building with the broken mirror in the entrance with a loud speaker man living in the next door of my room. The toilet seat didn’t feet well, cause looks taken from another toilet so it just came out when you trying to sit. People coming and going through the hall all the time, I couldn’t sleep !! The lady who owns the apartment charges you for everything specially if you do stains on the bed !!! I asked to change to a different apartment and she offered me to go into one used apartment left for other people!! Horrible experience I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Didn’t feel safe at all. I had to leave a day before my check Out!! And the owner harassed me to clean the apartment in a message. Horrible people

Watch out for the rules!

Location

I did not like the owner's approach to rental. After committing to the rental I was informed of the rules concerning the property including penalties for stained sheets or sand in the shower. Not acceptable that these rules would be exposed after committing to the rental. But more than that it creates a climate of almost hostility and makes the whole stay less pleasant.

Beautiful place to experience and enjoy Cote d'Azure

Excellent location, close to the train station and the beach. Marina is absolutely beautiful, full of bars , restaurants. There are super markets in a walking distance. Apartment is well equipped for cooking , fridge is pretty big, there is even a microwave and electric iron . Plates , cups, bottle opener - there is everything you could need. Amelie and Fabien are very kind and flexible. Definitely would be back again

A bit tricky to sleep with an open window, mosquitos have no mercy, but nothing to do with an apartment, orange tree fault :)

Poor

Check in and parking(only 2 hours and then your car will be taken by the Police) were bad. 500 € ! Caution must be on your creditcard otherwise you can not book. Free canceling is not possible. The reception is hidden and the receptionist speeks only french. The building is from the 60th-70th and it is a kind of a socialhouse. The windows must be kept closen .

Énorme difficulté. Je suis arrivé sur le lieu sans savoir à qui je devais m’adresser. Pas de nom pas d’adresse. Des habitants des lieux ont essayé de m’aider. Heureusement on m’a indiqué une réception, là un agent de sécurité est entré en contact avec le propriétaire. Ça a mis du temps. J’avais failli repartir avec mes amis. Je n’ai reçu les mails du propriétaire qu’après être entré dans l’appartement.

Personne très désagréable, ils veulent juste leur argent s’en foute de vous. Caution à fournir de 500€ même pour 1 nuit marqué dans les petite lignes. Dès que on essaye d’avoir une conversation ne réponde plus tout sa pour 50€ c’est malheureux d’avoir autant faim d’argent!!!!

Le logement est très correct mais le reste a fuir.

Logement propre, situé dans un endroit atypique. On aime ou pas....

Procédures trop compliquées pour récupérer les clefs avec une tonne de recommandations. Photos des pièces d'identité de tout les occupants demandées. Non spécifié sur Booking me semble-t-il. Des mails à n'en plus finir. Aucun contact direct possible avec l'hébergeur malgré ma demande. Trop d'infos tuent l'info et surtout le plaisir. Arrivé sur place vers 15h30, clefs non disponible avant 17h30 Restez humain.

Estudio muy pequeño, justo para solo dormir

El estudio se encontraba dentro de un puerto deportivo con restaurantes y edificios de apartamentos muy bonitos.

A pesar de que el complejo en general era de alto nivel, el estudio donde nos alojamos estaba en una primera planta de un edificio anexo, sin vistas, viendo un edificio delante. El estudio era bastante pequeño y la cama se tenía que plegar para poder moverte mejor por el espacio.

Pour une nuit suite événement sportif, procédure de réservation très lourde et contraignante, impossible de joindre les propriétaires au téléphone...Nous n'étions pas prévenus de la route barrée pour marché artisanal...impossible de trouver une place de parking,..nous avons dû aller jusque dans la zone commerciale, garés sur des zebras derrière Kiabi ...difficulté à trouver l'accueil ...par notre arrivée tardive à cause de la galère de parking, aucun restaurants disposés pour que nous dinions (22h) ...direction KFC... Pas de canapé lit mais une chauffeuse 1 personne ...et un lit double mural dans la seule piece...Galère du début de la réservation jusqu'à la possession...à voir pour le retour de caution de 500 €

I 500 euro bloccati sulla mia carta di credito. A un certo punto avevo i soldi bloccati per i tre posti dove ero stata e ho dovuto farmi mandare un bonifico perche non potevo usare piu i miei soldi. La cauzione dovrebbe essere di 200 euro e dovrebbe smettere di bloccare i sfi il giorno dopo la partenza.

La ubicación es muy buena, tienes la playa en la puerta. Los muebles modernos, una cocina pequeña pero suficiente.

Aunque estás en primera fila de la playa no hay vistas al mar, ni hay balcón.

très difficile d'avoir un contact sauf par Email ou répondeur interposé ce qui n'est pas pratique pour avoir une réponse urgente, comme par exemple trouver la réception de l'immeuble car Marina baie des Anges c'est grand ! Si vous ne remplissez pas le formulaire demandé, vous ne pourrez pas avoir les clés et on vous fera croire à l'accueil, après avoir joint par téléphone la propriétaire Aurelie, que votre réservation n'est pas prise en compte . Ceci est complètement faux car vous serez débité comme si vous n'étiez pas venu à l'immeuble DUCAL et aucun recours ne sera possible , vous serez face à un mur. Alors réfléchissez avant de réserver car si vous avez un probléme vous serez mal reçu, avec des propos à la limite de l'incorrection et aurez droit à aucune empathie,

A Francia nyár érintése.

A hazigazda sok információt küldött, hogy minden rendben legyen és segítséget a navigációban. Éjszaka érkeztünk a szállásra, a recepción gyorsan felvettük a kulcsot. Nagyon jó hogy non stop. Az apartman tiszta és nagyon jól felszerelt. Minden működik. Az ágy kényelmes és tiszta, a vendégágy is tökéletes. A konyha nagyon jól felszerelt. A zuhanyzó is tiszta volt. Még egy napernyő is van a szekrényben ez tökéletes. Az épület lenyűgözött és a kikötő is csodálatos èjjel-nappal. A közelben vannak boltok, éttermek, kávézó. A strand 2 perc gyalog, van zuhanyzó és toalett a parton. Busszal és vonattal 30 perc alatt el lehet jutni Nizzába. Mi nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, és biztosan visszajövünk még ide. Mindenkinek ajánlom ezt az apartmant. Köszönöm szépen.

Séjour moyen, trop de bruit au réveil et forte odeur de cigarettes au couloir.

Je pense qu'il serait mieux de formuler { possibilité de trouver une place de stationnement sur la zone bleue tout en se munissant d'un disque de stationnement } et non stationnement gratuit comme mentionné dans votre annonce car vous ne disposez pas de place de parking attitrée. NB : garde la caution pendant 14 jours pour un séjour de 2 à 3 jours le paraît très très tordu voir incohérent. Je pense qu'on devrait rentrer en possession de sa caution 2 à 3 jours après avoir rendu les clés..

Pour un court séjour en couple ou seul.

Bien situé, entre Cannes et Nice, dans un lieu réputé comme la résidence Marina baie des anges. Parking facile en cette période.

Mise à jour de l'avis : Grosse surprise en rentrant de ce séjour, je découvre que j'ai été débité de 60 € (oui 60 € !!) en plus du paiement total, sans aucun motif !! Le jour même où je publie un avis peu favorable à l'établissement, je trouve ça sacrément osé !! Inutile de vous dire que je déconseille vivement cet établissement !! Beaucoup trop de messages sur la messagerie, et surtout, beaucoup trop long ! Je viens pour me reposer, surtout pour un court séjour, le but recherché est l'efficacité. Je peux comprendre que le propriétaire ait pu avoir des soucis avec des locataires précédents, et qu'il préfère se prémunir et être exhaustif, mais personnellement j'ai trouvé que c'était trop envahissant. Il n'y a pas de vue sur la mer, pour ceux qui comptaient voir un peu de bleu à l'horizon. Portes des voisins un peu bruyantes dans la résidence. Ce n'est pas une mauvaise expérience et le prix n'est pas excessif, mais il ne faut pas s'attendre à plus.

L’accueil déplorable du concierge ! Je reste poli. L’appartement est à un rapport qualité prix indéniable mais la literie… quelle honte ! Le troisième lit est un couchage d’appoint… autant mettre un matelas au sol ! Aucune vue ! On entend tout ! D’où les 6 mails reçus pour rappeler qu’il ne faut pas faire de nuisances !!! Un vrai appartement à rats 🐀 ! A fuir !
