8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
The property is well located, close to a bakery, a coffee shop, and a large supermarket. Street parking is readily available, and the property is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate four people. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom. Check-in and check-out were arranged conveniently and flexibly. The owner was very responsive throughout. Overall, a good property and a pleasant stay.
We encounter an issue with the AC. The owner was very responsive and did his best to address the issue, but unfortunately did not cool properly, which made our stay a little uncomfortable, even in October when Sardinia can still be very warm. The beds and pillows could also be more comfortable, and the garden would benefit from better maintenance, as the overgrown vegetation made it difficult to enjoy the outdoor space.
