Great access to the beach and a nice modern apartment
The oven didn’t work and the bath handle was broken and very dangerous. The basins are water damaged. They were there to clean before check out which we didn’t enjoy as it made us feel very rushed

Thandi communicated well, was friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and the fans and aircon (upstairs) were welcome as the weather was very hot. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated having access to the beach within a short distance and the security gates.
We were unable to use the oven as turning it on caused the power to trip.
The downstairs fan appeared to have only 2 settings - very low and very high - we couldn't find a medium setting and there was no air con downstairs.
We had difficulty locking and unlocking the gate to the beach.

The location was so close to the beach
The key to open the gate didn’t work we had to wait for someone to come so that we can be able to use the gate access to the beach and also the main gate remote wasn’t working if you are far you had to be too close for it to open
