Well decorated, clean, 3 bathrooms!
We sadly found out there are two streets with the same name on Bucharest and went to the wrong address once.

Clean and spacious living room, good size bedrooms Very responsive landlord
Area still under construction and house not loved i d say somehow Basic stuff was missing like no hooks for any towels, cheap bathroom fittings, loose toilet seat Stairs lacking side panel would be lethal for a toddler. Also, def one would need a car for sure area not walkable for now, may change in future though 20 min drive from Therme

הדירה נקייה, מאובזרת ומאוד נוחה למשפחות, כולל חצר קטנה ופינת ברביקיו. הבעלים היה מסביר פנים ומאוד חברותי.
הדירה אמנם מתוחזקת באופן יפה אך התשתיות אין מספיקות, בטח למי שמעוניין בשהות של מספר ימים: המזגן בסלון קטן מאוד ביחס לחלל, ולא קירר כלל, כנראה עקב מחסור בגז. בנוסף לכך באחד החדרים אין מיזוג כלל. באחת המקלחות הייתה נזילת מים - כנראה מהתקנה לקוייה ואיטום חסר של האמבטיה כמו כן זרם המים בכל המקלחות חלש מאוד - בעייתי למתקלחים בעלי שיער ארוך. העליה לקומה השנייה דרך מדרגות וללא מעקה בטיחות - לא מומלץ למשפחות עם ילדים מתחת לגיל 5.
