Apartment was dirty i had to hoover floors when i arrived as they had dust and hair balls plus crisps on floor no drying cloth for dishes no toiletries had to tape up shower head so i could shower the swimming pool was disgusting it was dirty broken slabs and animal faeces in grass water was filthy with dead bugs floating requested late check out as i had a 8 week old baby but was told no yet we sat in lobby till 2pm and nobody had came to clean so don’t know why
