Neat and clean. Very neat building too. Elevators are good for big luggage.
First day the WiFi did not work per instructions. Lost an important meeting because of that. Then I figure out was a wrong wiring. The owner could not help much bring away from the area.

it is a walking distance(15 min) from the airport, and it was easy to get in even in the middle of the night
The room had an Air conditioner and 2 copuls bads so it was a good location to stay at when you arrive super late at the airport and need a nigth to crash
The bads were not very comfortable
as for noise from the early morning, you can hear and feel the takeoffs and landings of planes
And the Air conditioner was there, but it didn't really manage to cool the big room we arrived in on one of the hottest days in Bucharest and the walk did make me extra hot

The wifi and tv worked well. It was close to the airport, and it was nice to have an apartment instead of just a room. Our host was helpful.
The room was poorly supplied. There were no dish towels and little toilet paper. The major problem was noise. Somewhere nearby there was music playing into the wee hours of the morning. This may not be a usual thing, but we slept badly.
