No keys, the code was provided on the same day.
The fact the pool was empty. Would be great to Inform. My kid wanted to use the pool. Also there was a bit of dust, for me. I have hayfever and I could really tell it was dirty. If a family wants to stay there longer, make sure they ask for kitchen utensils. There was none.

Excellent place for air travellers. Big bottle of drinking water in the room. Access with codes at any time.
Lamp near to bed had US standard plug, but all wall socets were of European standard. How to use? Water for toilet flush filled very slowly.

Room was clean. Perfect location, near to the hotel and the therme spa which we visited. Facilities we needed were there. Got what we paid for.
Area and outside run down - pool was empty and a bit gross. Styling was a little brothel like but room was clean. Walls were clearly very thin as we could hear the goings-on in the other rooms. Area isn't the best and didn't feel the safest.
