Class Residence Two - 2BR Suite

I don't know about the place that was booked from here, because I got message also the same day of arrival that they had some pets in apartment and there was some smell- I don't believe it is true as similar situations have been happened here before(read the reviews). But the apartment we received was 10 minutes apart, little bit hard to find the house, next to the apartment was construction and walls were thin. Place itself was nice and comfortable.

Newly constructed block of flats. The apartment we stayed in was different from this original one, but it was adequate as a substitute to our selected accomodation. At least our stay was not cancelled completely and we were provided roof over our head in the extremely cold weather. I appreciate that.

I booked my accommodation in Class Residence Two - 2BR Suite as a specific location in order to be walking-distance close to a venue of our planned event. On the day of our arrival (right after the booking could no longer be changed without losing money) I got a message about a leakage of the floor heating in the flat and we were provided a different flat, 2 km away, in THE Ground - Cashmere Garden (19 Bulevardul Pipera). Problems with leakage may happen, but this had happened to us before; it rather sounds to us like a convenient scenario that the provider can use to manipulate accommodation without cancellation or trouble with Booking.com.
