Nice condo. Easy beach access.
Disappointed that there wasn’t an ice maker. We cook a lot, and the skillets were very old. Dishwasher didn’t work (we reported). The elevators need air. Very stuffy especially when it is full.

Beautiful condo and view. Easy access with code.
Door had a code. Had to drive a couple of miles to get my parking pass and resort bands at the Zia office. Also wanted me to drive the bands back when leaving. That was horrible. Worst experience with check in I have had renting in PCB.
